We have access to a biochemistry lab to prepare isotope labeled proteins.
To achieve NMR studies, we are equipped with a 600MHz spectrometer and have access to an ensemble of spectrometers operating at 400 to 1000MHz.
Molecular dynamics simulations are achieved either on a multi-CPU cluster or on several GPU based computers equipped with 16x graphic cards.
A Chirascan circular dichroism device is also available for the characterisation of protein structures.
