About

Our biochemistry lab is equipped with all the necessary instruments to allow the preparation of isotopically labeled or unlabeled recombinant proteins dedicated to NMR and X-Ray studies (incubator, centrifuge, sonicator, protein purification system). To achieve NMR experiments, two 600 MHz equipped with cryoprobes HCN and a 400 MHz spectrometer (BBFO probe) are accessible. 

Our group is also equipped with different biophysical instruments : A Chirascan circular dichroism (CD) spectrometer is also available for the characterization of protein secondary structures, a microscope dedicated to the observation of crystallization screening micro-plates, a Dynamic Light scattering instrument for protein control quality check.

Molecular dynamics simulations are achieved on several GPU based computers equipped with 16x graphic cards.
